ANALISA MENURUNKAN JUMLAH KECELAKAAN KERJA DI LINE SEWING MENGGUNAKAN METODE PDCA (PLAN, DO, CHECK, ACT)

- ABSTRAK Angka kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja di sebuah perusahaan berhubungan dengan proses kerja yang dilakukan oleh pekerja tersebut. Di sektor industri khususnya di bagian produksi memiliki potensi bahaya yang berasal dari proses kerjanya yang dapat mengakibatkan pekerja mengalami kecelakaan sehingga proses kerja dapat terganggu. Line sewing adalah salah satu proses kerja yang menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja, dengan kategori moderate, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisa untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan. Identifikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) yang meliputi diagram pareto dan diagram fishbone. Dari hasil pengolahan data diketahui bahwa faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan yaitu material, manusia dan mesin. Kesimpulan nya adalah usulan perbaikan yang diberikan berupa pemakaian Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), membuat skill matrix untuk kemampuan operator dan memodifikasi mesin dengan penambahan guard pelindung dan merubah pedal menjadi tombol untuk proses kerja mesin. In the industrial sector, especially in the production sector, there is a potential danger that comes from the work process which can cause workers to experience accidents so that the work process can be disrupted. Line sewing is one of the work processes that causes work accidents, with a moderate category, therefore an analysis is needed to identify the factors that cause accidents. Identification is done using the PDCA method (Plan, Do, Check, Act) which includes Pareto diagrams and fishbone diagrams. From the results of data processing, it is known that the factors that cause accidents are material, human and machine. Conclusion is the proposes improvment is in the form of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), creating a skill matrix for the operator’s ability and modifying the machine by additional a guard and turning the pedal into a button for the machine’s work process.
