ANALISA PENERAPAN SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, DAN SHITSUKE (5S) DI WORKSHOP PT. YAKIN MOTOR INDONESIA

- ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif. Adapun obyek penelitiannya yaitu workshop 1 PT. Yakin Motor Indonesia yang sudah menerapkan 5S. Hasil penelitian mengenai prosentase ketercapaian penerapan 5S di workshop 1 PT. Yakin Motor Indonesia meliputi penerapan seiri (pemilahan) sebesar 75%, penerapan seiton (penataan) sebesar 75%, penerapan seiso (pembersihan) sebesar 100%, penerapan seiketsu (pemantapan) sebesar 100%, dan penerapan shitsuke (pembiasaan) sebesar 75%. Dari hasil prosentase tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada 3 aspek dari 5S yang belum diterapkan secara maksimal yaitu seiri, seiso, dan shitsuke. Kemudian dari hasil prosentase dirubah menjadi Kata kunci : Penerapan Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke (5S). ABSTRACT This research uses descriptive approach. As for the object of research is a workshop 1 PT. Yakin Motor Indonesia that has applied 5S. The result of research on the percentage of achivment of 5S in the workshop 1 covering the application of seiri (sorting) by 75% the application of saiton (structuring) of 75%, application of seiso (cleaning) of 100%,, application of seiketsu (stabilization) of 100% and application of shitsuke (habituation) of 75%. Of the percentage results indicate that there are three aspect of the 5S thet have not been applied optimally is seiri, seiso, shitsuke. Than from percentage result is change to predicate level to know the effectiveness of 5S implementation. Keyword : the application of Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke (5S)
