ANALISA PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN SUCROSE LOKAL DENGAN MENGUNAKAN METODE CONTINUOUS REVIEW SYSTEM (Q), METODE PERIODIC REVIEW SYSTEM (P) DAN METODE MINMAX DI PERUSAHAAN FARMASI

- ABSTRAK Perusahaan farmasi ini memproduksi produk-produk berkualitas tinggi untuk lini produk Consumer Health dan Obat Resep. Perusahaan farmasi ini sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang perlu mempunyai suatu sistem pengendalian bahan baku agar mempertahankan kontinuitas produksinya dan menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan akhirnya mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan farmasi nasional lainnya maupun perusahaan farmasi luar negeri. Namun dalam pengolahan persediaan bahan baku saat ini belum optimal karena hanya berdasarkan data persediaan sebelumnya, terlihat dari jumlah persediaan yang tidak stabil dan frekuensi pemesanan yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan hasil perbandingan yang paling optimal dengan menggunakan kriteria minimum total cost dan meminimalkan biaya produksi. Penelitian ini membandingkan tiga metode yaitu metode Continuouus Review System (Q), metode Periodic Review System (P) dan metode Min-Max. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan metode yang paling sesuai adalah metode Q dengan didapat total biaya persediaan Sucrose Lokal sebesar Rp. 26.570.740 dengan efisiensi sebesar 26% dari total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan perusahaan. This pharmaceutical company as one of the companies that needs to have a raw material control system in order to maintain the continuity of production and produce quality products and finally be able to compete with other national pharmaceutical companies and foreign pharmaceutical companies. However, the current processing of raw material inventories has not been optimal because it is only based on previous inventory data, seen from the number of inventory that is unstable and high frequency of ordering. The purpose of this study is to get the most optimal comparison results using the minimum total cost criteria and minimizing production costs. This study compares three methods, namely the Continuouus Review System (Q) method, the Periodic Review System (P) method and the Min-Max method. In this study, the most suitable method is the Q method with the total cost of Sucrose Lokal inventory of Rp. 26,570,740 with an efficiency of 26% of the total inventory costs incurred by the company.
