PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER BAHAN BAKU KAIN POLYESTER DI UKM CENERA PERSADA RAYA DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP)

- ABSTRAK Pemilihan Supplier merupakan permasalahan multi kriteria yang meliputi faktor-faktor yang bersidat kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pemilihan Supplier dapat dikategorikan sebagai aktivitas strategis karena akan berpengaruh pada kualitas produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan. Pada proses produksi sajadah terdapat banyak kendala terkait dengan Supplier bahan baku kain polyster, seperti delay material dan penyimpangan spesifikasi. Dalam memilih Supplier bahan baku Polyter, para pengambil keputusan tidak berdasarkan pada kriteria-kriteria objektif. Metode AHP dipilih untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan multikriteria pemilihan Supplier yang optimal bagi perusahaan. Dalam membangun struktur hirarki, kriteria pemilihan Supplier menggunakan model QCDFR (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility and Responsiveness) dan dalam pemilihan sampel nya digunakan teknik judgement sampling, dikarenakan spesialisasi terkait pengambilan keputusan dalam menilai Supplier bahan baku. Melalui metode AHP didapat hasil bahwa kriteria prioritas dalam pemilihan Supplier adalah kriteria Delivery dengan bobot 0,36 serta Supplier terbaik adalah Supplier 2 dengan bobot 0,249. Kata Kunci: Pemilihan Supplier, AHP, QCDFR ABSTRACT Supplier selection is a multi-criteria issue which includes factors with quantitative and qualitative criteria. Supplier selection can be categorized as a strategic activity because it will affect the quality of the products produced by the company. In the prayer mat production process there are many obstacles related to suppliers of polyster fabric raw materials, such as material delay and deviation specifications. In selecting a supplier of Polyter raw materials, decision makers are not based on objective criteria. AHP method was chosen to solve the multi-criteria selection problem for the optimal supplier selection for the company. In constructing a hierarchical structure, Supplier selection criteria use the QCDFR model (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility and Responsiveness) and in the selection of judgment, judgment sampling techniques are used, because specialization is related to decision making in assessing raw material suppliers. Through the AHP method, it is obtained that the priority criteria in selecting the Supplier are the Delivery criteria with a weight of 0.36 and the best Supplier is the Supplier 2 with a weight of 0.249.
