Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini memudahkan masyarakat untuk
mendapat berbagai macam informasi. Hampir semua masyarakat di Indonesia baik
untuk anak-anak, remaja atau dewasa setiap hari terlibat dengan teknologi. Peran
teknologi untuk saat ini dianggap mampu menggantikan kegiatan manusia. Namun,
pertumbuhan teknologi tidak di implementasikan secara maksimal, khususnya pada
TPU Munjul. Dalam hal proses perizinan tanah kuburan dan pencarian lokasi kuburan,
masyarakat yang ingin melakukan perizinan ataupun mencari lokasi kuburan kerabat
terdekat harus datang langsung ke TPU Munjul. Hal ini membutuhkan biaya dan waktu
yang tidak sedikit, untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisensi maka diperlukan
aplikasi pengelolaan TPU Munjul berbasis website dengan notifikasi menggunakan
PHPMailer yang dikirimkan oleh admin ke pengguna. Pengumpulan data yang
dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan wawancara, dan studi literatur dengan
pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini
adalah menganalisa dan merancang suatu sistem pengelolaan TPU Munjul berbasis
website menggunakan metode waterfall yang digunakan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan
pemesanan lahan oleh TPU Munjul dan mempermudah proses perizinan yang
terkomputerisasi dan dapat dilakukan dimanapun dan kapanpun. Output yang
dihasilkan dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi berbasis website.

ABSTRACT
The rapid development of technology at this time makes it easier for people to get
various kinds of information. Almost all people in Indonesia are good for children,
adolescents or adults every day involved with technology. The role of technology is
currently considered capable of replacing human activities. However, technology
growth is not maximally implemented, especially for TPU Munjul. In terms of the
process of licensing grave land and the search for grave locations, people who want to
do permits or find the location of the graves of their closest relatives must come directly
to TPU Munjul. This requires a lot of time and cost, to improve effectiveness and
efficiency, a website-based TPU Munjul management application is needed with
notifications using PHPMailer that is sent by the admin to the user. Data collection
was carried out in this study, namely by interviewing, and studying literature with
system development using the waterfall method. The purpose of this study is to analyze
and design a website-based TPU Munjul management system using the waterfall
method that is used to fulfill the land reservation requirements by TPU Munjul and
simplify the computerized licensing process and can be done wherever and whenever.
The output generated from this research is a website-based application.
