- ABSTRAK Ruang meeting merupakan salah satu tempat yang paling sering digunakan di suatu instansi pemerintahan maupun kantor swasta sebagai tempat berlangsungnya diskusi ataupun kegiatan internal lainnya. Dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini suatu kegiatan harus dilakukan dengan cepat dan efisien begitu juga kegiatan untuk melakukan peminjaman ruang meeting. Artikel ini mendeskripsikan tentang aplikasi untuk melakukan booking meeting room, tujuannya adalah untuk memudahkan para karyawan internal PT.Ebiz Cipta Solusi dalam melakukan peminjaman ruang meeting sehingga tidak perlu lagi mengecek ketersedian ruangan terlebih dahulu ke bagian resepsionis secara manual, dapat meminialisir waktu yang berbentrokan dalam peminjaman ruangan sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja para karyawan dan juga membatu memudahkan bagian resepsionis untuk mendata peminjaman ruang meeting . Dalam penelitian ini pengembangan sistem aplikasi website booking meeting room ini menggunakan metode SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle). Adapun tahapan dari metode SDLC ini meliputi perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, testing, dan maintenance. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis website untuk melakukan booking ruang meeting yang dapat digunakan oleh karyawan PT.Ebiz Cipta Solusi. ABSTRACT The meeting room is one of the most frequently used places in a government agency or private office as a place for discussion or other internal activities to take place. With the development of technology now an activity must be carried out quickly and efficiently as well as activities to borrow a meeting room. This article describes the application for booking meeting rooms, the purpose is to facilitate the internal employees of PT.Ebiz Cipta Solusi in borrowing a meeting room so that there is no need to check the availability of rooms first to the receptionist manually, can minimize the time that conflicts in the loan the room so that it can increase the work productivity of the employees and also help make it easier for the receptionist to record the loan of the meeting room. In this study the development of the application system for website booking meeting room uses SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method. The stages of the SDLC method include planning, needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of this study are a website-based application for booking meeting rooms that can be used by employees of PT.Ebiz Cipta Solusi. Key words: Booking Application, Meeting Room, Website, SDLC.
