PENGARUH SELF-EFFICACY TERHADAP ORIENTASI MASA DEPAN PADA SISWA SMA KELAS XII IPS SEKOLAH “X”

- ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara Self-Efficacy terhadap orientasi masa depan pada siswa SMA sekolah “X” di Bekasi. Data diambil dari sampel sebanyak 106 siswa SMA sekolah “X” di Bekasi. Alat ukur yang digunakan ialah skala orientasai masa depan yang terdiri 12 item diadaptasi oleh Nurmi (2004), dan General Self-Efficacy yang terdiri 10 item yang diadaptasi oleh Bandura (1997). Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah purpossive sampling. Analisis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis, uji T dan one way Anova untuk menganalisis uji beda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif sebesar 54,9% antara SelfEfficacy dengan Orientasi Masa Depan pada siswa SMA sekolah X. Kata kunci : Self Efficacy, Orientasi Masa Depan, Remaja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence between Self-Efficacy on Future Orientation in high school student of the “X”. Data were taken from 106 sample of high school students of “X” school. The measuring instrument used was a future orientation scale consisting of 12 items adapted by Nurmi (2004), and general self-efficacy consisting of 10 items that were adapted by Bandura (1997). The sampling technique used is purpossive sampling. The analysis was examined using simple regression analysis to test the hypothesis, the t-test and one way anova to analyze the different test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of 54,9% between self-efficacy and future orientation in high school students of “X” school.
