PERBAIKAN ALIRAN PROSES SERTIFIKASI TEKNIK DAN MANAJEMEN INDUSTRI DI LSP TMI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE VALUE STREAM MAPPING (VSM)

- ABSTRAK Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Teknik dan Manajemen Industri (LSP TMI) merupakan Lembaga yang telah mendapatkan lisensi oleh BNSP untuk menyelenggarakan uji kompetensi sesuai dengan skema. Sebagai lemabga yang independent dan Profesional di sektor Teknik dan Manajemen Industri. LSP TMI harus menjaga kualitas pada prosesnya terdapat keterlambatan terhadap waktu yang sudah ditentukan oleh LSP TMI yaitu 14 Hari. Tujuan penelitian ini melakukan perbaikan aliran proses sertifikasi agar dilakukan percepatan waktu dengan menghilangkan kegiatan yang tidak memberi niali tambah pada proses sertifikasi di LSP TMI dan mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebab waktu proses sertifikasi menjadi lebih lama dari standar yang ditetukan oleh LSP TMI dan dilakukan percapatan dengan metode value stream mapping. Current state mapping dibuat untuk mengidentifikasi waste, sedangkan future state mapping dibuat untuk melakukan perbaikan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari studi kasus ini bahwa dalam proses sertifikasi di LSP TMI dilakukan percepatan waktu proses sertifikasi, pengelompokan kegiatan menjadi 9 tahapan proses sertifikasi di LSP TMI, hasil analisis waste yaitu waiting didapat dari diagram pareto dan fishbone.
