PENERAPAN AUTONOMOUS MAINTENANCE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS PADA MESIN KEMAS OBAT SIRUP DI INDUSTRI FARMASI

- ABSTRAK Perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat memaksimalkan pengelolaan fasilitas produksi agar mampu menghasilkan produk berkualitas secara efektif dan efisien. Salah satu strategi yang sering digunakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas peralatan adalah dengan menggunakan metode TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Autonomous Maintenance (AM) merupakan salah satu pilar dari delapan pilar TPM. AM merupakan pilar TPM yang berfokus pada pemeliharaan otonom, pemeliharaan terencana, kualitas pemeliharaan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, perawatan peralatan awal, dan keselamatan lingkungan. AM merupakan kegiatan maintenance yang melibatkan operator atau pengguna mesin. PT. Kalbe Farma merupakan perusahaan farmasi terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Namun pada salah satu mesin kemas obat sirup memiliki nilai OEE yang rendah. Pada tahun 2019 nilai mesin kemas obat sirup hanya sebesar 40%-60%, masih jauh dari standar OEE perusahaan kelas dunia. Oleh karena itu PT. Kalbe Farma menerapkan AM untuk meningkatkan nilai OEE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa apakah penerapan AM dapat meningkatkan nilai OEE pada mesin kemas obat sirup di PT. Kalbe Farma. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya nilai OEE mesin kemas obat sirup adalah idling & minorstop dan breakdown loss. Setelah implementasi Autonomous Maintenance rata-rata nilai OEE mengalami kenaikan menjadi 88.45% pada tahun 2020 Kata kunci: TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Pemeliharaan ABSTRAK The company is required to maximize the management of production facilities to be able to produce quality products effectively and efficiently. One strategy that is often used to improve the effectiveness of equipment is using TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) method. Autonomous Maintenance (AM) is one of the pillars of the eight TPM pillars. AM is a TPM pillar focusing on autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, maintenance quality, education and training, initial equipment maintenance, and environmental safety. AM is a maintenance activity involving operator or machine user. PT. Kalbe Farma is the largest pharmaceutical company in southeast Asia. But in one of the drug syrup packing machine has a low OEE value. In 2019 the OEE value of drug syrup packing machine was only 40%-60%, still far from the OEE standard of world class company. Therefore PT. Kalbe Farma implements AM to increase the value of OEE. This research aims to analyze whether the implementation of AM can increase the value of OEE on the drug syrup packing machine in PT. Kalbe Farma. The most influential factor towards the low value of the OEE drug syrup packing machine is idling & Minorstop and breakdown loss.
