  • Human resources are very important in building all organizations such as building a company, so that the creation of a healthy company eats inside must have sophisticated technology and can be beneficial in the long run. Technologies such as making reports of reimbursement, attendance, employee performance, and recruitment of new employees.A reimbursement report is a form of delivering news, information, notification, or accountability for replacing money to the company either verbally or in writing from subordinates to superiors in accordance with the relationship of authority and responsibility. Information technology can be utilized in implementing reimbursement reports. PT. Sumber Inti Sukses, in particular the Accounting division, has a large number of documents related to reimbursement that must be reviewed regularly as the implementation of reimbursement reports. Reimbursement, recording, and reporting of the results of an internal reimbursement document review are currently done manually.. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Sumber Inti Sukses with the aim of the Accounting division employees in monitoring, recording and reporting a list of documents that have been or have not been reviewed. The study was carried out by the method of observation, interviews, and literature studies to produce analysis, design, and application of reimbursement, recording, and reporting of the results of document review. This application was created usingJavascrip and MYSQL programming wuth support system SMS Gateway. Keywords: Reports, Reimbursement, Attendance, Employee Performance, Employee Recruitment, Mysql, information systems, Android, SMS Gateway, TOGAF Sumber daya manusia merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam membangun semua organisasi seperti membangun Perusahaan, agar terciptanya suatu Perusahaan yang sehat makan didalamnya harus memiliki teknologi yang canggih dan dapat bermanfaat dalam jangka panjang.Teknologi seperti membuat laporan reimbursement, Absensi, Performance pegawai, dan rekruitmen pegawai baru. Laporan adalah suatu bentuk penyampaian berita, keterangan, pemberitahuan, ataupun pertanggung jawaban penggantian uang, performance pegawai, Absensi, dan daftar rekruitmen pegawai baru pada perusahaan, baik secara lisan maupun secara tertulis dari bawahan kepada atasan sesuai dengan hubungan wewenang dan tanggung jawab. Teknologi informasi dapat dimanfaatkan dalam penerapan laporan reimbursement, performance pegawai, absensi, dan rekruitmen PT. Sumber Inti Sukses, khususnya divisi Accounting dan divisi HRD, memiliki sejumlah besar dokumen terkait penggantian uang, Absensi, Performance pegawai, dan rekruitmen yang harus ditinjau secara berkala sebagai penerapan laporan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor PT. Sumber Inti Sukses dengan tujuan karyawan divisi Accounting dan Divisi HRD dalam memantau, mencatat, dan melaporkan daftar dokumen yang sudah maupun yang belum ditinjau. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan untuk menghasilkan analisa, perancangan, dan aplikasi Sumber Daya Manusia Berdasarkan Kerangka Kerja TOGAF , pencatatan, dan pelaporan hasil peninjauan dokumen. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakanbahasa pemrograman Javascript dan MYSQL berbasis Android dengan sistem pendukung SMS Gateway.
