RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM MONITORING KEGIATAN BELAJAR SISWA PAUD CAHAYA PRIMA JAKARTA (Studi Kasus: Paud Cahaya Prima)

- Learning activity monitoring system is a system for monitoring student learning activities in the process of learning in the classroom and outside the classroom to increase student development. From previous studies the student evaluation system is still manual in processing data of students who still use Microsoft Excel and stationery, from this it can lead to errors in inputting the results of the learning evaluation. The purpose of this study hopes to reduce data errors made in the student evaluation process. The monitoring system of student learning activities is made using the method of wartefall helping the evaluation system for the development of this system more directed and using the method of analyzing the data to analyze the data that has been collected. Next use UML diagram tools to help explain the workflow of the system. so as to produce an effective and efficient system for PAUD Cahaya Prima. Keywords : Education, Waterfall Method, PIECES Method, UML Diagram Sistem monitoring kegiatan belajar adalah sebuah sistem untuk memonitoring kegiatan belajar siswa paud pada proses belajar didalam kelas maupun diluar kelas untuk meningkat perkembangan siswa. Dari penelitian terdahulu sistem evaluasi siswa masih bersifat manual dalam melakukan pengolahan data siswa yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel dan alat tulis, dari hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan kesalahan dalam melakukan penginputan hasil evaluasi pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini berharap dapat mengurangi kesalahan data yang dilakukan dalam proses evaluasi siswa. Sistem monitoring kegiatan belajar siswa dibuat menggunakan metode wartefall membantu sistem evaluasi untuk pengembangan sistem ini lebih terarah dan menggunakan metode analisa pieses untuk menganalisa data yang sudah terkumpul. Berikutnya menggunakan tools diagram UML untuk membantu menjelaskan alur kerja sistem. sehingga dapat menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang efektif dan efisien bagi PAUD Cahaya Prima.
