  • Employees performance drives the achievement of the company's vision and mission. Based on the results of observations at the research site, the assessment applications using the SAW (simple additive weighting) method. Data collection techniques used in this study were the study of literature, observation and interviews sumber terkait di lokasi penelitian. Dalam melakukan perancangannya peneliti menggunakan bantuan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk menggambarkan use case aplikasi, activity diagram, sequence diagram serta class diagram yang digunakan dalam aplikasi, dan hasilnya adalah sebuah perancangan aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: KPI, SAW, sistem informasi, system pendukung keputusan.
