- ABSTRAK Pada era globalisasi seperti sekarang ini, kemajuan dunia sangatlah pesat terutama di bidang Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), hubungan antara pemasok (supplier) dengan sebuah proses pengadaan barang tidak dapat dipisahkan hal ini didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi yang juga mengalami kemajuan yang sangat signifikan sehingga persaingan antar perusahaan semakin ketat. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat memperhatikan beberapa kriteria yang diperlukan dalam memilih supplier. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memilih supplier secara objektif sesuai kriteria. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Pemilihan supplier pada PT. Pratiwi Putri Sulung hanya berdasarkan kriteria harga yang termurah dengan mengabaikan beberapa kriteria lainnya yang penting untuk jadi pertimbangan. Untuk mendapatkan supplier yang tepat maka dilakukan pemilihan supplier menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan didapat urutan prioritas kriteria yaitu kualitas 51 %, harga 28 %, pelayanan 12 %, pengiriman 9 %. Urutan supplier berdasarkan bobot kriteria yaitu urutan ke-1 PT. D, Urutan ke-2 PT. B, urutan ke-3 PT. A, urutan ke-4 PT. C.
