This study aims to examine and assess the effect of Earnings Per Share, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Dividend Policy on Company Value. The data used in this researchwas a secondary data in the form of financial statements of each sample company that were reported to the IDX from 2016 - 2018 sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website www.idx.co.id The samples was used in this research as much 13 companies from 43 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sub-sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2016 - 2018. The sampling were used purposive sampling method. Analyzed of data that used in this research was multiple regression. The results indicated earning per share variable had a significant negative effect on the value of company. Profitability variable has a significant positive effect on the value of company. Sales growth variable has no effect on the value of company. Dividend policy variable has no effect on the value of company. Keywords: Company Value, Earnings Per Share, Profitability, Sales Growth, Dividend Policy Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengkaji pengaruh Earnings Per Share, Profitabilitas, Sales Growth, dan Kebijakan Deviden Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan setiap perusahaan sampel yang dilaporkan ke BEI dari tahun 2016 – 2018 yang bersumber dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yaitu www.idx.co.id Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 13 perusahaan dari 43 perusahaan manukfaktur sub sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016 – 2018. Pengampilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa variabel earning per share berpengaruh signifikan ke arah negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan ke arah positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Variabel sales growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel kebijakan deviden tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Nilai Perusahaan, Earnings Per Share, Profitabilitas, Sales Growth, Kebijakan Deviden
