- ABSTRAK Perkembangan era teknologi pada dasarnya dipicu dengan munculnya kesadaran akan pentingnya sebuah informasi yang dapat diolah menjadi pertimbangan untuk pengambilan keputusan salah satunya bagi wirausaha ataupun calon wirausaha yang ingin menjual produknya. Berkaitan dengan pelaku wirausaha ada beberapa masalah saat ini, salah satunya adalah banyak wirausahawan bingung menentukan produk atau jasa yang mereka pasarkan kepada konsumen, salah satu faktornya yaitu ragu produk yang ingin dijual tepat sasaran atau tidak dan keterbatasan melakukan survei produk menjadi alasan setelah modal untuk para calon wirausaha menentukan pangsa pasarnya Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan media aplikasi yang mudah digunakan untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan kepada calon wirausaha untuk dapat menentukan produk apa yang mereka ingin pasarkan. Metode yang digunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dan menggunakan model Waterfall (Siklus Air Terjun). Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka penulis berinisiatif untuk mengambil judul skripsi “Analisa Dan Perancangan Aplikasi Mobile Voteme Menggunakan Metode Waterfall”. Kata kunci: wirausahawan, calon wirausaha, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), model Waterfall, aplikasi mobile Voteme, menentukan produk dan jasa.
