Tahapan pada metode waterfall antara lain communication, planning, modeling, construction dan deployment. Hasil dari perancangan aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah pengguna untuk menemukan informasi rumah kos dan memberikan informasi mengenai fasilitas, kondisi dan harga untuk menyewa rumah tanpa harus datang langsung, semakin mempersingkat waktu pemesanan.
