ANALISA KELAYAKAN INVESTASI PRODUKSI OUTSOLE SEPATU PADA KONVEKSI CV. BPS

- CV. BPS is a shoe convection industry that produces various types of shoes. The production process carried out here includes the process of cutting material, forming shoe parts, sewing, gluing the inner shoe soles with the outer shoe sole, assembling and inspecting finished goods. CV. BPS seeks to reduce production costs in order to reduce production costs by alternatively producing outsoles without having to place an order with suppliers. Therefore it is necessary to have an investment feasibility study to produce the outsole itself and calculate how much profit is made and the large deduction of production costs compared to outsole ordering from suppliers.The investment steps to be taken by CV. BPS is in the form of purchasing a Molding Machine for the process of making shoe outsole which is expected to reduce the cost of producing shoes. The method that will be carried out in the investment feasibility study is calculating the Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Payback Period and Profitability Index. The investment is said to be feasible if the NPV value is greater than 1 and the IRR value is greater than the interest rate used with a capital repayment period faster than 5 years and the PI value is also greater than 1. Proses produksi yang dilakukan disini meliputi proses pemotongan material, pembentukan bagian sepatu, penjahitan, pengeleman sol sepatu bagian dalam dengan sol sepatu bagian luar, perakitan dan pemeriksaan barang jadi. CV. BPS berupaya untuk menekan biaya produksi agar mengurangi biaya produksi dengan alternatif memproduksi outsole tanpa harus melakukan pemesanan kepada supplier. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya studi kelayakan investasi untuk memproduksi outsole itu sendiri serta menghitung berapa keuntungan yang di hasilkan dan besar pengurang biaya produksi dibandingkan pemesanan outsole dari supplier. Langkah investasi yang akan diambil oleh CV. BPS berupa pembelian Mesin Molding untuk proses pembuatan outsole sepatu yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi biaya produksi pembuatan sepatu. Metode yang akan dilakukan pada studi kelayakan investasi ini adalah menghitung Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Payback Period dan Profitability Index. Investasi tersebut dikatakan layak jika nilai NPV lebih besar dari 1 dan nilai IRR lebih besar dari suku bunga yang dipakai dengan jangka waktu pengembalian modal lebih cepat dari 5 tahun dan nilai PI juga lebih besar dari 1.
