  • The research aims to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style, and work stress on Turnover Intention in Metiska Farma’s Company. Population in this research is 94 people. The sample used is 94 respondents. The sampling method uses total sampling . The instruments is questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 94 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 94 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Stress kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.
