ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja pada karyawan agen bebas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang karyawan agen bebas PT. Cimory atau biasa di sebut dengan Miss Cimory. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan kuantitatif, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline on free agent employees. The population in this study were 30 employees of free agents of PT. Cimory or commonly called Miss Cimory. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis methods, this study proves that compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.
