- ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Struktur Modal, Likuiditas dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada emiten Sektor Pertanian di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014 – 2017, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah Struktur modal (DER), Likuiditas (CR), dan Profitabilitas (ROE) dengan variabel dependen adalah nilai perusahaan (PBV). Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi data panel dengan menggunakan program Eviews 8. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa debt to equity ratio berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, current ratio berpengaruh positif tidak signifikanterhadap nilai perusahaan dan return on equity berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Structure, Liquidity and Profitability on Corporate Values on Agricultural Sector issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017, using a quantitative approach. The independent variables in this study are capital structure (DER), liquidity (CR), and profitability (ROE) with the dependent variable is the firm value (PBV). Data analysis method uses panel data regression test using program Eviews 8. The results of this study prove that the debt to equity ratio has no significant negative effect on firm value, the current ratio has a positive and not significant effect on firm value and return on equity has a significant negative effect on firm value.
