PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DAN IMPLIKASINYA PADA NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi pada Emiten Sub Sektor Konstruksi dan Bangunan tahun 2014 – 2018)

- ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perilaku laba perusahaan, dividend payout ratio dan nilai perusahaan. Pada emiten sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan tahun 2014-2018. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu berjumlah 16 perusahaan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel yaitu purposive sampling, sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 7 perusahaan yang tergabung dalam sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS v.21 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan CR berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio, ROE berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio, DER berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio , PTO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio dan Dividend Payout Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PER. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the company's earnings behavior, dividend payout ratio and firm value. The issuers of the construction and building sub sector in 2014-2018. The population in this study were all construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, amounting to 16 companies. The technique used in determining the sample is purposive sampling, so that the sample in this study amounted to 7 companies incorporated in the construction and building sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS v.21. The results of this study indicate that CR has a negative and not significant effect on dividend payout ratio, ROE has a negative and significant effect on dividend payout ratio, DER has an effect negative and not significant towards dividend payout ratio, PTO has positive and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio and Dividend Payout Ratio has negative and significant effect on PER.
