  • ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Harga, Citra Merek, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Susu Ultra Milk di Toko Han-Han Depok. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden Depok. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 100 responden. metode purposive sampling, yakni teknik penentuan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu. Dimana peneliti akan mengambil sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 responden dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: Usia diatas 17 tahun, Konsumen yang pernah mengkonsumsi susu Ultra Milk dan Berdomisili di Kota Depok. Dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengaruh Harga, Citra Merek, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap keputusan Pembelian Susu Ultra Milk, di Toko Han-Han Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan koesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Harga, Citra Merek, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap keputusan Pembelian Susu Ultra Milk, di Toko Han-Han Depok. Kata Kunci: Harga, Citra Merek, dan Kualitas Produk, Konsumen. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of Price, Brand Image, and Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of Ultra Milk in Depok Han-Han Stores. The population in this study was 100 Depok respondents. The sample used was 100 respondents. purposive sampling method, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain criteria. Where researchers will take samples in this study a number of 100 respondents with the following criteria: Age over 17 years, consumers who have consumed Ultra Milk milk and domiciled in the city of Depok. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions. This research proves that the influence of Price, Brand Image, and Product Quality on the decision to Purchase Ultra Milk, in Depok Han-Han Shop. The research method used is quantitative research. Data obtained using questionnaire. The results showed that the effect of Price, Brand Image, and Product Quality on the decision to Purchase Ultra Milk, in the Han-Han Shop Depok.
