  • ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 guru SDN Bambu Apus 01 Pagi Jakarta. Teknik yang untuk menentukan sampel adalah yaitu menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengaruh disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Guru ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work stress on teacher performance. The population in this study were 30 teachers at SDN Bambu Apus 01 Pagi Jakarta. The technique for determining samples is to use saturated samples. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions. This research proves that the effect of work discipline has a positive significant effect on teacher performance. Job stress has a positive significant effect on teacher performance.
