PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DAN IMPLIKASINYA PADA NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi pada Emiten Sub Sektor Otomotif dan Komponen Tahun 2009-2018)

- ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perilaku kebijakan dividen dan nilai perusahaan emiten sub sektor otomotif dan komponen di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009-2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sub sektor otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu berjumlah 13 perusahaan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel yaitu purposive sampling, sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 4 perusahaan yang tergabung dalam sub sektor otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009-2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linar berganda dan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS v.21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan QR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap DPR, DER berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap DPR, ROE berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap DPR, RTO berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap DPR, dan DPR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PCF. Kata Kunci : Price to Cash Flow Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Receivable Turnover. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the behavior of dividend policy and the value of the company in the automotive and component sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2009-2018. The population in this research were all automotive and component sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchang, which numbered 13 companies. The technique used in the sample is purposive sampling, so that the sample in this study amounted 4 companies incorporated in the automotive and component sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2009-2018. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression analysis with help of SPSS v.21 application. The result of this research indicate that QR has a negative and significant effect on DPR, DER has a positive and not significant effect on DPR, ROE has a negative and significant effect on DPR, RTO has a negative and significant effect on DPR, and DPR has a negative and significant effect on PCF.
