- ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity dan Receivable Turn Over terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio dan implikasinya terhadap Tobins’s Q pada Perusahaan industri sub sektor Makanan dan Minuman periode 2013-2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Metode penarikan sampel ini mengunakan metode purposive sampling dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier data panel menggunakan spss v.21.Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Quick Ratio (QR) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR), Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR), Receivable Turn Over (RTO) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR) dan Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Tobin’s Q. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Receivable Turn Over variables on Payout Ratio Dividends and their implications for Tobin's Q in the Food and Beverage sub-sector industry companies in 2013-2018. The population in this study were 18 companies. The sample used was 6 companies. This sampling method uses the purposive sampling method and hypothesis testing using panel data linear regression analysis using SPSS V.21. The results of this study state that Quick Ratio (QR) has a negative and not significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has negative and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Return On Equity (ROE) has positive and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Receivable Turn Over (RTO) has positive and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) have a positive and significant effect on Tobin's Q.
