PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI PT. CRESYN INDONESIA

- ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 360 karyawan PT. Cresyn Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 100 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengaruh disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees in the production department. The population in this study were 360 employees of PT. Cresyn Indonesia. The sample used was 100 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula.
