  • ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin kerja, Tanggung jawab, dan Kerjasama tim terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama. penelitian ini di lakukan oleh karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama .Objek dalam penelitan ini adalah karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 165 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Proportional Stratified Random Sampling (PSRS). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistical package application for social science (SPSS versi 25). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,. Tanggung Jawab berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan., Kerjasama Tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata kunci : Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja, Tanggung jawab, Kerjasama Tim. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to study work Descipline, Responsibility, and Teamwork on the performance of the employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama. This research was conducted by employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama. The subjects in this research are employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama. This research was conducted on 165 respondents using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling (PSRS) techniques. Data analysis in this study used a statistical package application for social science (SPSS version 25). The results showed that Work Discipline showed a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance,. Positive and significant responsibility towards employee performance.
