- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, commitment organizational at PT. Nestle Indonesia. This study used a sample saturated with a total population of 82 employee.The sampling method uses convenience sampling.The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method Partial Least Square. The results of this research show that job satisfaction has no significant effect on turnover intention but organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee intention turnover of PT. Nestle Indonesia. Based on these results it can be concluded that employee turnover intention is influenced by the level of organizational commitment, therefore PT. Nestle Indonesia must maintain and enhance the organizational commitment of its employees. Nestle Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah populasi 82 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention namun komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Nestle Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa turnover intention karyawan dipengengaruhi oleh tingkat komitmen organisasinnya, oleh karena itu PT.
