  • This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence. compensation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The object of research is all employees who work at PT Ria Housewares with a population of 48 people. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with a sample of 48 people. The approach used in this research is the Smart-PLS Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a significant positive effect on employee performance. compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, compensation Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB) , employee performance \ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional. kompensasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah semua karyawan yang bekerja di PT Ria Housewares dengan populasi 48 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 48 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
