Mainly functioned to monitor heart rate and&#xD; body temperature when the condition is sick within the hospital's scope. In this&#xD; study, the authors conducted the design and construction of a Heart Rate&#xD; Monitoring System and Human Body Temperature Based on Nodemcu Esp8266&#xD; and Cayenne Platform. So that the user or monitor can monitor the patient's&#xD; condition based on heart rate and temperature in realtime through the android&#xD; application or website.&#xD; This is intended as development and is an additional protection for&#xD; patients. So far, monitoring has been done manually and directly at the hospital.&#xD; This research began with designing and creating a monitoring system using the&#xD; NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller using pulse sensors and LM35 sensors as&#xD; temperature sensors. Then test the function and performance by measuring and&#xD; compared with existing tools.&#xD; After testing the module and taking some test data, a fairly good level of&#xD; accuracy was obtained. In temperature measurements the average deviation is&#xD; 0.475&#xBA;C. At the measurement of the accuracy of the transformer output power&#xD; supply 99.9%, the LM7805 output accuracy level is at 99.68% and at the&#xD; ESP8266 NodeMCU Output the accuracy rate is at 98.24%. Whereas the average&#xD; heart rate test is more than 98% accuracy.&#xD; Keywords: Heart Rate Sensor, Temperature Sensor, Nodemcu ESP8266, Iot&#xD; Patform&#xD; &#xD; Heart rate dan temperature sensor merupakan alat yang berfungsi untuk&#xD; mengukur denyut jantung dan suhu tubuh manusia. Terutama difungsikan untuk&#xD; monitoring heart rate dan suhu tubuh saat kondisi sakit di dalam ruang lingkup&#xD; rumah sakit. Pada penelitian ini, penulis melakukan perancangan dan pembuatan&#xD; Rancang Bangun Sistem Monitoring Detak Jantung (Heart Rate) Dan Suhu Tubuh&#xD; Manusia Berbasis Nodemcu Esp8266 dan Cayenne Platform. Sehingga user atau&#xD; pemantau dapat memantau kondisi pasien berdasarkan heart rate dan temperature&#xD; secara realtime melalui aplikasi android maupun website.&#xD; Hal ini ditujukan sebagai pengembangan dan merupakan perlindungan&#xD; tambahan untuk pasien. Selama ini pemantauan dilakukan secara manual dan&#xD; secara langsung di rumah sakit. Penilitian ini dimulai dengan merancang dan&#xD; membuat sistem monitoring dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler NodeMCU&#xD; ESP8266 dengan menggunakan pulse sensor dan sensor LM35 sebagai sensor&#xD; suhu. Kemudian melakukan uji fungsi dan kinerja dengan cara diukur dan&#xD; dibandingkan dengan alat yang sudah ada.&#xD; Setelah melakukan uji coba alat dan mengambil beberapa data pengujian,&#xD; diperoleh tingkat keakurasian yang cukup baik. Pada pengukuran temperature&#xD; rata-rata penyimpangan sebesar 0,475&#xBA;C. Pada pengukuran catu daya keakurasian&#xD; output transformator 99,9%, pada output LM7805 tingkat keakurasian berada&#xD; pada nilai 99,68% dan pada pada Output NodeMCU ESP8266 tingkat keakurasian&#xD; berada pada nilai 98.24 %.
