- !#!ABSTRACTPT. Karta Indonesia Global is an advertising company located in Jakarta. There is no specific method used in scheduling ad serving projects. Success or failure in project completion depends on planning, scheduling and controlling projects that are managed effectively and efficiently. The author's main goal is to obtain optimal time in the completion of the ad serving project. This final project applies the CPM (Critical Path Method) method, and PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique), in the CPM and PERT method a network diagram is used with an Activity On Arrow (AOA) approach to obtain a sequence of project activities. By using network diagrams, companies can see which project activities are critical activities and require special attention and must be prioritized in the process, and which activities can be delayed. Analysis using the PERT and CPM methods shows the probability of the success of the project, so that the project implementation time is more efficient. From the results of calculations using the CPM method, the overall duration of project activities is 93 days. The application of the PERT method to the results of the analysis using the CPM method shows the probability of success of the project completed in 93 days by only 34%. From the calculation using the PERT method, the duration of work for the probability of success of the project is 99.999% and requires a duration of 106 days. Karta Indonesia Global merupakan perusahaan periklanan yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Belum ada metode khusus yang digunakan dalam penjadwalan proyek penayangan iklan. Keberhasilan atau kegagalan dalam penyelesaian proyek tergantung dari perencanaan, penjadwalan dan pengendalian proyek yang dikelola secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan utama penulis adalah didapatkan waktu yang optimal dalam penyelesaian proyek penayangan iklan. Tugas akhir ini menerapkan metode CPM (Critical Path Methode), dan PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique), dalam metode CPM dan PERT digunakan networkdiagram dengan pendekatan Activity On Arrow (AOA) agar didapat urutan kegiatan proyek. Dengan menggunakan network diagram,perusahaan dapat melihat kegiatan - kegiatan proyek mana saja yang merupakan aktivitas kritis dan memerlukan perhatian khusus dan harus diprioritaskan dalam pengerjaannya, dan kegiatan mana yang dapat diundur pelaksanaannya. Analisa menggunakan metode PERT dan CPM menunjukkan probabilitas keberhasilan proyek, sehingga waktu pelaksanaan proyek lebih efisien. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode CPM didapatkan durasi keseluruhan kegiatan proyek adalah 93 hari. Penerapan metode PERT terhadap hasil Analisa menggunakan metode CPM menunjukkan probabilitas keberhasilan proyek selesai dalam 93 hari hanya sebesar 34%. Dari perhitungan dengan metode PERT didapat durasi kerja untuk probabilitas keberhasilan proyek sebesar 99,999% dibutuhkan durasi pengerjaan selama 106 hari. Dan tanpa menggunakan kedua metode tersebut waktu penyelesaian proyek memakan waktu 113 hari.
