- PT. Netpolitan Ciptacakrabuana adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pembuatan e-Learning dan juga sebagai konsultan. Seiring berkembangnya tenologi informasi membuat banyak perusahaan untuk membuat eLearning yang berakibat membludaknya jumlah klien dan juga proyek yang harus diselesaikan dengan tepat waktu. Manajemen proyek merupakan proses-proses dalam penyelesaian sebuah proyek dengan mengendalikan sumber daya sebaik mungkin agar mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditentukan dan tepat waktu. Keterbatasan sumber daya menjadi salah satu tantangan agar bagaimana semua proyek yang dikerjakan sesuai dengan kualitas dan waktunya. Pemanfaatan aplikasi spreadsheet untuk mencatat fase, anggota tim yang terlibat hingga estimasi mulai proyek sampai selesai dalam pengelolaan proyek dinilai kurang maksimal, karena bisa mengakibatkan alokasi sumber daya yang tidak tepat, dan pembaruan yang tidak otomatis sehingga informasi dari manajemen proyek menjadi tidak tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan menganalisa sistem informasi manajemen proyek untuk mengelola proyek dan membantu pencapaian keberhasilan proyek dengan kualitas yang bagus dan waktu yang tepat serta sesuai dengan proses bisnis di PT. Netpolitan Ciptacakrabuana. Urgensi lain dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dari sistem yang dirancang serta sebagai penelitian lanjutan dari penelitian sebelumnya yang belum sempurna. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Project Charter dengan Batch Processing. Metode ini dipilih karena memberikan arahan dan fokus yang jelas kepada tim mengenai sasaran yang ingin dicapai dalam sebuah project. Sistem nantinya akan dibuat dalam bentuk platform mobile agar pengaplikasiannya bisa dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja. Project management is the process of completing a project by controlling the best possible resources to achieve a set goal and timely manner. Resource limitations are one of the challenges that how all projects are done in accordance with their quality. Utilisation of spreadsheet applications to record phases, team members involved until the estimates from projects to completion in project management are assessed less than maximum, as they could result in improper allocation of resources, and updates that Not automatically so that the information from project management becomes improper. The purpose of this research is to design and analyze the project management information system to manage projects and to help achieve the success of the project with good quality and the right time and in accordance with the business process in PT. Netpolitan Ciptacakrabuana. Another urgency in this study is to provide information from the systems designed as well as advanced research from previous studies that have not been perfect. The method used in this research is to use Project Charter with Batch Processing. This method is chosen because it provides a clear direction and focus to the team about the goals that you want to accomplish in a project. The system will be created in the form of a mobile apps platform for application to be done anywhere and anytime.
