  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Kebijakan Utang terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor infrastruktur, utilitas dan transportasi tahun 2013 – 2017. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan tahunan dan data ringkasan performa perusahaan tercatat untuk 10 perusahaan sektor infrastruktur, utilitas dan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013 – 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan pendekatan model common effect yang menggunakan program Eviews 10 dan Microsoft Excel 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kebijakan Utang berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama-sama variabel Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Kebijakan Utang berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Nilai Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Kebijakan Utang The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of Profitability, Firm Size and Debt Policy to The Firm Value in infrastructure, utility and transportation period 2013 until 2017. Data’s study is annual financial report and summary of listed company performance of 10 infrastructure, utility and transportation companies in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) period 2013 until 2017. This study uses the method of analysis of the regression panel data with the common effect model by using program Eviews 10 and Microsoft Excel 2013. The result showed that in partially for the variable of profitability has positive influence to the firm value. The Firm Size has positive influence to the firm value. The Debt Policy has positive influence to the firm value. The results also showed that in simultaneously for the variable of Profitability, Firm Size and Debt Policy have the influence to The Firm Value.
