The population and sample in this study were 94 companies PT. Energy Management Indonesia (Persero). The method of collecting data using the survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress does not affect on job satisfaction. Work load has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction.&#xD; Keywords: Leadership Style, Job Stress, Workload, Job SatisfactionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 94 karyawan PT. Energy Management Indonesia (Persero). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja.
