The research aims to identity the influence of Work Motivation, Work Environment and Organizational Culture On Milennial Generation Employee Loyalty at PT. MNC Pictures Jakarta. The subjects in this study were milennial generation employees aged 18-33 years at PT. MNC Pictures Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 86 respondents. The sampling technique using a convenience sampling. By using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study showed Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on the Milennial Generation Employee Loyalty. Work Environment have a significant positive effect on the Milennial Generation Employee Loyalty and Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on the Milennial Generation Employee Loyalty. MNC Pictures JakartaPenelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Generasi Milenial Pada PT. MNC Pictures Jakarta. Jakarta. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan generasi milenial yang berusia 18-33 Tahun pada PT. MNC Pictures Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 86 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Generasi Milenial.
