  • his study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb), Work Stress, and Work Environment on Employee Performance. The type of data used is primary data. The population of this study was conducted at PT. Mandala finance. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires. The number of questionnaires analyzed was 60 questionnaires. The analytical method used is data processed using Microsoft Excel for respondent data and tabulation. While Partial Least Square (PLS) for further data processing. Based on the results of this study indicate that the variable Influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Work Stress, and Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Keywords : Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Work Stress, and Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance,Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb), Stres Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan .Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer.Populasi penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Mandala finance. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner. Jumlah kuesioner yang dianalisis adalah 60 kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah data di olah dengan menggunakan microsoft excel untuk data responden dan tabulasi. Sedangkan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk olah data lebih lanjut.
