  • Promotional media in Indonesia, especially the Jabodetabek area, continues to develop creatively and attractively. Some promotional media include posters, brochures, pamphlets, business cards, billboards, banners, banners, videos and animations. Promotion has a biggest role in all fields, especially in the fields of business, activities, government agencies, organizations, individuals, or companies to give information about products. But there are still many products whose promotional processes are inaccurate or non-existent so that they do not get the attention of the target consumers. PT KCI has an digital application that contains information about KRL, which according to the author, the promotion process is less effective. So from that conclusion, the writer provides a solution so the process of promoting the application can develop and can reach many consumers. That is, promotional media in the form of animation. Key Word: KRL Access, Promotion, Animation Media promosi di Indonesia khususnya daerah Jabodetabek terus berkembang secara kreatif dan menarik. Beberapa media promosi mencakup poster, brosur, pamflet, kartu nama, billboard, spanduk, banner, video dan motion graphic. Promosi memegang peran didalam segala bidang, terutama dalam bidang usaha, kegiatan, instansi pemerintah, organisasi, individu, atau perusahaan untuk menginformasikan produk atau jasa yang dihasilkan. Tetapi masih banyak produk yang proses promosinya kurang tepat atau tidak ada sehingga tidak memperoleh perhatian dari target sasaran konsumen. PT KCI memiliki sebuah produk aplikasi yaitu KRL Access, sebuah aplikasi digital yang memuat informasi tentang KRL yang menurut penulis proses promosinya kurang efektif. Maka dari itu penulis memberikan solusi agar dalam proses promosi aplikasi tersebut dapat berkembang dan dapat meraih banyak konsumen yaitu media promosi berupa animasi.
