- Manajemen proyek adalah suatu ilmu dalam bidang pengetahuan, alat, dan teknik terhadap aktifitas pengerjaan proyek dalam rangka memenuhi atau melebihi perkiraan pemegang kepentingan proyek terhadap suatu kebutuhan dan harapan dari hasil proyek. Suatu proyek dapat dikatakan baik jika penyelesaian proyek tersebut efisien ditinjau dari segi waktu dan biaya. Dalam penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode Critical Path Methode (CPM), Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT), dan Crashing Project. Critical Path Methode (CPM) merupakan metode terbaik dalam hal penjadwalan dan menentukan jalur kritis, dimana jalur ini penting untuk kelangsungan kegiatan proyek guna untuk menghindari adanya kemunduran kegiatan proyek yang telah dijadwalkan. Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) untuk mengetahui tingkat nilai probabilitas kegiatan proyek yang diharapkan dimana pada jalur kritis selesai tepat waktu sesuai dengan jadwal yang diharapkan. Crashing Project adalah metodeuntuk mengurangi durasi keseluruhan pekerjaan setelah menganalisa alternatif-alternatif yang ada dari jaringan kerja dan mengoptimalisasikan waktu kerja dengan biaya terendah. Hasil yang ditunjukan pada penelitian ini, bahwa penyelesaian proyek dengan menggunakan metode CPM dan PERT yaitu 164 hari, dengan nilai probabilitas pada metode PERT adalah 98.93%. dilakukan crashing project maka total biaya crash pada proyek VTV adalah $ 4636.00 dengna slope yaitu $ 125.12. A project can be said to be good if the completion of the project is efficient in terms of time and cost. This research uses the Critical Path Method (CPM), Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT), and Crashing Project. Critical Path Method (CPM) is the best method in terms of scheduling and determining the critical path, where this path is important for the continuity of project activities in order to avoid a setback of project activities that have been scheduled. Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) to determine the level of probability of expected project activities where the critical path is completed on time according to the expected schedule. Crashing Project is a method to reduce the overall duration of work after analyzing alternatives available from the network and optimizing working time at the lowest cost. The results shown in this study, that the completion of the project using CPM and PERT methods is 164 days, with a probability value in the PERT method is 98.93%. a crashing project is performed so the total crash cost on the VTV project is $ 4636.00 with a slope of $ 125.12.
