  • This research is to know the influence of earning per share, return on equity and debt to equity ratio against the stock price of coal mining sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. This research was conducted with 40 companies sub-sector of coal mining using an associative quantitative approach. Data analysis using a data regression panel using EViews 8.0 The results of this study Earning Per Share (EPS) positively impacted the stock prices of coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017, Return On Equity (ROE) has no positive effect on the stock price of coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no positive effect on the stock price of mining companies The coal listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017.
