Maka dengan adanya ide untuk merealisasikan Hotel Resort dengan Tema “Modern Tropicalm” di daerah Utara Jakarta semoga mampu menarik minat para pengunjung baik dari dalam kota (Jakarta) itu sendiri maupun dari luar kota dengan segala fasilitas penunjang yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi alam sekitar, sehingga dapat memberikan kepuasan pelayanan bagi pengunjung baik dari segi desain interior, jenis perlengkapan, peralatan dan mutunya, kamar tamu, fasilitas dan servis, karyawan bahkan sampai pemeliharaan.
