GAMBARAN KECEMASAN PEGAWAI OUTSOURCING SINGLE MOTHER MENGHADAPI MASA AKHIR PERJANJIAN KERJA WAKTU TERTENTU (PKWT)

- This study aims to explore the picture of anxiety for outsourcing employees who have a single mother status in the face of the end of a certain time period work agreement. Where the reality of being exposed is however perceived inadequate information and counseling to support contract employees facing the end of the employment contract. The results of this study indicate the existence of anxiety possessed by all subjects who became participants in the study. In the study conducted conclusions can be drawn where anxiety occurs because of the threat to the work of outsourcing employees supported by the accumulation of stress possessed by each subject from the burden they live as a single mother. Keywords: Outsourcing, single mother, anxiety Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali gambaran kecemasan terhadap pegawai outsourcing yang memiliki status single mother dalam menghadapi masa akhir perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu. Dimana pada kenyataan yang terpapar masih ditemukan informasi dan penyuluhan yang kurang memadai sebagai penunjang pegawai kontrak menghadapi masa akhir kontrak kerja. Penelitian ini memaparkan gambaran kecemasan yang dimiliki oleh Subjek yang menjadi partisipan penelitian. Dalam studi yang dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan dimana kecemasan terjadi karena adanya ancaman terhadap pekerjaan pegawai outsourcing. Kata kunci: Outsourcing, single mother, kecemasan
