PERENCANAAN PENJADWALAN AKTIVITAS DISTRIBUSI PRODUK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT PLANNING (DRP) DI PT. WIDAYANA MAKMUR SEJAHTERA

- In the case of distribution, the problem arises because the control of inventory in a certain location is not able to be done by the company both in the right amount and the right time, so this can cause a shortage of inventory so that demand cannot be fulfilled or instead experience excess inventory which will later cause storage costs , which in tum has an impact on overall distribution costs. Therefore, integration needs to be carried out in a balanced manner between demand I sales and production capacity. PT.Widayana Makmur Sejahtera has 3 subsidiary companies namely calamaryshop, kateliashop and yourtumblrcollection which sell various types of jeans. In research at PT. Widayana Makmur Sejahtera, the problem that arises is that the company is less precise in predicting demand or sales, causing under stock or over stock. This has an impact on company costs so that the total costs associated with the company's distribution activities also increase. The results shown in this study, that the value of the Lot For Lot (LFL) method is the total costs incurred by PT Widayana Makmur Sejahtera amounting to Rp 180,000,000, while using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method the total cost to be incurred is Rp 41,438 .973. So from the breakdown of these costs the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method which has a lower cost difference than the Lot For Lot (LFL) method. From the comparison of the total costs, it can be seen that the use of the MRP method with the lot sizing technique Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is the best method that can be applied by companies in planning the distribution of Jeans products at PT. Widayana Makmur Sejahtera. Keywords: Forecasting, demand, supply, Distribution Requirement Planning Pada kasus distribusi, masalah timbul karena pengendalian persediaan di suatu lokasi tertentu tidak mampu dilakukan perusahaan baik dalam jumlah yang tepat maupun waktu yang tepat, sehingga hal ini bisa menyebabkan kekurangan persediaan sehingga permintaan tidak bisa dipenuhi atau malah mengalami kelebihan persediaan yang nantinya akan menyebabkan biaya penyimpanan, yang selanjutnya berdampak pada biaya distribusi secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, pengintegrasian perlu dilakukan secara seimbang antara permintaan/penjualan dan kapasitas produksi. PT.Widayana Makmur Sejahtera mempunyai 3 anak perusahaan yaitu calamaryshop , kateliashop dan yourtumblrcollection yang menjual berbagaijenisjeans. Dalam penelitian di PT. Widayana Makmur Sejahtera, masalah yang muncul adalah perusahaan kurang tepat dalam memprediksi permintaan atau penjualan, sehingga menyebabkan under stock maupun over stock. Hal ini berdampak pada biaya perusahaan sehingga total biaya yang berhubungan dengan aktivitas distribusi perusahaan juga ikut meningkat. Basil yang ditunjukan pada penelitian ini, bahwa nilai metode Lot For Lot (LFL) adalah total biaya yang hams dikeluarkan PT Widayana Makmur Sejahtera sebesar Rp 180.000.000, sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) total biaya yang harus dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 41.438.973. Maka dari rincian biaya tersebut metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) yang memiliki selisih biaya yang lebih rendah dari metode Lot For Lot (LFL). Dari perbandingan total biaya tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan metode DRP dengan teknik lot sizing metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) menjadi metode yang terbaik yang dapat diterapkan perusahaan dalam melakukan perencanaan distribusi produk Celana Jeans pada PT.
