The object of this research is PT Surya Toto Indonesia. The subjects of this study were the employees of PT Surya Toto Indonesia, Serpong Tangerang. This study is to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Motivasion, and Organizational Culture on the Perfomance of Employees of PT Surya Toto Indonesia. This research was conducted on 100 repondents using a quantitative descriptive analysis approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is statiscal analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The result of this study stated that partially the Work Discipline variable did not significantly influence Employee Perfomance with sig. amounting to 0,670 > 0,05. Motivation variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with sig. of 0,000 < 0,05. Organizational Culture variable does not significantly influence Employee Perfomance with sig. amounted to 0,973 > 0,005. Keywords : Work Discipline, Motivation, Organizational Culture, Employee Perfomance Objek Penelitian ini adalah PT Surya Toto Indonesia. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT Surya Toto Indonesia, Serpong Tangerang. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Surya Toto Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linearberganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,670 > 0,05. Variabel Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,973 > 0,05.
