  • This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, leadership supervision, sanctions on the work discipline of PT GMI Network Jakarta's employees. The population in this study is 112 the employees of PT GMI Network Jakarta. The sample used was 88 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The Methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire.The Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Supervisory leadership has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. And sanctions have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Keywords: Compensation, Supervision of Leadership, Sanctions, Work Discipline, Employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, pengawasan pimpinan, sanksi terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT GMI Network Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 112 karyawan PT GMI Network Jakarta. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 88 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakkan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. pengawasan pimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Serta sanksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Pengawasan Pimpinan, Sanksi, Disiplin Kerja, Karyawan
