PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR GO PUBLIC YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2014 – 2017

- This research has been done in order to analyze the effects of the company profitability, company growth, size of company, and its dividend policy towards the company value. The populations of this research are the go public manufacturing companies registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) along 2014 to 2017. Purposive Sampling Technic has been used in order to filter the samples so then this research has obtained 23 go public manufacturing companies from the total of 130 populations within 4 years periods of time and 92 observation objects for the research. The data method was performed using panel data regression with the support of the Eviews 9.0 program. The result of this research shows that at 5% of the significant level has the analysis wich shows that the company profitability and dividend policy have a positive significant effect towards the company value. Company growth has a negative and significant effect towards the company value. Meanwhile, the size of company has not effect significant towards the company value. Keywords : Profitability, Company Growth, Size of Company, Dividend Policy, Company Value, Go Public Manufacturing Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur go publik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2017. Teknik yang dilakukan dalam pemelihan sampel adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 23 perusahaan manufaktur go publik dari total 130 populasi, dengan periode penelitian selama empat tahun, sehinga sebanyak 92 objek observasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Regresi Data Panel dengan dukungan program Eviews 9,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tingkat signifikan sebesar 5% menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan kebijakan deviden berpengaruh dan signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
