  • This research is to know the influence of leadership style, work environment and work stress on turnover intention. This research conducted 63 employees of PT. Satyamas Indoraya using an associative approach. The data analysis method uses a linear regression analysis using SPSS 22. The results showed that the leadership style is negatively affecting the intention turnover, the working environment negatively affects the turnover of intention, the work stress positively affects the turnover of intention Keywords: leadership style, work envirotment, job stress, turnover intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan 63 karyawan PT. Satyamas Indoraya dengan menggunakan pendekatan assosiatif. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, turnover intention
