PENGARUH SISTEM ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING, CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, DAN KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur sector Industri Barang Konsumsi selama Empat Tahun Periode 2013 - 2016)

- This study is to determine the effect of Enterprise resource planning, Corporate social responsibility, and managerial ownership of the value of the company. The population used in this study is the consumption sector manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 - 2016. Using the purposive sampling method, the total sample total obtained in this study is 60 data from 15 companies. The results of this study indicate that (1) Enterprise resource planning has an effect on company value, (2) Corporate social responsibility does not affect the value of the company, (3) Managerial ownership does not affect the value of the company. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan manufaktur sektor Industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013 - 2016. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, di dapat total sampel keseluruhan dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 data dari 15 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Enterprise resource planning berpengaruh terhadap Nilai perusahaan, (2) Corporate social responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai perusahaan, (3) Kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai perusahaan.
