PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus Pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Administrasi Wilayah Jakarta Barat)

- This study aims to know the Effect of Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an Intervening Variable in Dinas Perhubungan Kota Administasi Jakarta Barat. This study use saturated sample that was conducted by 98 respondent as employees and support by using primary data techniques. The method in this study is PLS 3.0. The result of this study stated that the Organization Commitment has positive effect and significant on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). While the Organization Commitment hasn’t significant effect on Turnover Intention and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has significant effect on Turnover Intention. Advice that can develope are need to held a training program to improve the employees competence that can increase the employees potential, need to have good approach between the employees and company so it can make emotional relation and comfortable that can feel by all of the employees. Keywords: Organization Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai Variabel Intervening di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Administasi Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 98 responden yang merupakan pegawai dan didukung dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.
