This study aims to determine the effect of sophistication of information technology, management participation and the ability of technical information system users to individual performance. This study uses the coefficient of determination test, pvalue test and t test. The population used is primary data originating from the questionnaire of respondents to employees of PT Megatama Mandiri as many as 200 employees. Samples were taken using non probability sampling method with convenience sampling approach. The sample in this study were 70 data. The results of this study using SMART PLS V.3.2.8 software show that the variables of management participation and information system user skills have a significant effect on individual performance. While the sophistication of information technology has no significant effect on individual performance. Keywords : information technology sophistication, management participation, the ability of users of accounting information systems engineering, and individual performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecanggihan teknologi informasi, partisipasi manajemen dan kemampuan teknik pemakai sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi, uji pvalue dan uji t. Populasi yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dari kuesioner responden pada karyawan PT Megatama Mandiri sebanyak 200 karyawan. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan pendekatan convenience sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 70 data. Hasil penelitian ini yang menggunakan software SMART PLS V.3.2.8 menunjukan bahwa variabel partisipasi manajemen dan kemampuan teknik pemakai sistem informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individu. Sedangkan kecanggihan teknologi informasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individu.
