PENGARUH KELOMPOK REFERENSI, PROGRAM SEKOLAH, FASILITAS TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MEMILIH SEKOLAH SERTA DAMPAKNYA KEPADA KEPUASAN SISWA DI SMA NUSANTARA 1 KOTA TANGERANG

- This study aimed to analyze the influence of the reference group, school programs, facilities against the decision of choosing a school and its impact on student satisfaction on SMA Nusantara 1 Tangerang City. The sample used in this research were 170 respondents drawn by simple random sampling technique. The data analysis in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was carried out with the aid of SPSS AMOS SEM program. The results showed that each independent variable is the reference group, school programs, and facilities positive and significant impact on the decision to school choice. Decision variable to choose the research also proved a significant effect on student satisfaction. In addition, this study also proves that choosing a school decision variables proved to mediate (intervening) the influence of the three independent variables, namely, reference groups, school programs and facilities to the satisfaction of students in SMA Nusantara 1 Tangerang City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kelompok referensi, program sekolah, fasilitas terhadap keputusan memilih sekolah serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasaan siswa di SMA Nusantara 1 Kota Tangerang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170 responden yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data pada pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program SEM dari SPSS AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, masing-masing variabel independen yaitu kelompok referensi, program sekolah, dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih sekolah. Variabel keputusan memilih dalam penelitian ini juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa. Disamping itu penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa variabel keputusan memilih sekolah terbukti memediasi (intervening) pengaruh ketiga variabel independen yaitu, kelompok referensi, program sekolah dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan siswa di SMA Nusantara 1 Kota Tangerang.
